Colorado Wedding Venue Feature: The Manor House

Recently I’ve done a couple of feature pieces on some of my favorite wedding venues in Colorado. First it was The Lumber Baron Inn, followed by The Barn at Raccoon Creek. I LOVE these types of articles as I feel they give couples looking to have their wedding in Colorado a fantastic resource and a bit of insight into some of the best venues the state has to offer! That’s why I'm so ready to get back on the train today as we’re talking about another favorite wedding venue of mine, The Manor House in Littleton, Colorado!!

What Sets The Manor House Apart

Space for Any Scenario

The first area of excellence that sets The Manor House apart as a wedding venue in Colorado are the incredible spaces available for you to use throughout the day! The historic manor is an exclusive venue, which means that your wedding will be the only event on location that day no matter what. This makes it so that every space of the venue is available for use including their breathtaking outdoor ceremony space, the bright and spacious indoor space which you can use for either a ceremony or reception, and designated getting ready spaces for both wedding parties. While the outdoor views of Denver and the Dry Creek Canyon are pretty hard to pass up for your ceremony, it's always reassuring to know that there is an indoor space that’s just as beautiful in case Colorado wants to throw some less than ideal weather your way!

In addition to the included spaces, there is also Kent’s Cottage which can be added on to your booking. This cottage was originally built for and named after the Shaffer family’s son Kent back in the early 1900’s. Now though, the 3 bed, 2 bath cottage acts as an additional getting ready space and guesthouse for you to enjoy on your wedding day! The cottage is able to be added onto your booking for an additional $1,500 at the time of writing, though it is included in all of the venue’s buyout packages. Speaking of packages!!

A Variety of Booking Options and Amenities

The Manor House understands that every wedding day is different, which is why they’ve created a variety of package options to best serve any and every couple, something I LOVE to see in a wedding venue! They have their pricing locked in for the next 2 years (2024 through 2026), which looks like this:

  • $11,000 for a Friday or Sunday buyout (10am - 11pm)

  • $15,000 for a Saturday buyout (10am - 11pm)

  • $8,000 for a Monday - Thursday buyout (10am - 11pm)

  • $8,000 for a Friday or Sunday afternoon (3pm - 11pm)

  • $5,000 for a Monday - Thursday afternoon (3pm - 11pm)

  • $4,000 for a Brunch Wedding (7am - 2pm)

The Manor House’s array of options and price points gives them the flexibility to serve couples looking to go all out on their venue, those looking to keep their budget a little lower, and everyone in between!

Booking your wedding at The Manor House house also gives you access to their wide array of amenities for your wedding day. This includes seating and tables for up to 200 guests, a selection of tablecloths and napkins, sets for China, glassware, and flatware with upgrades available as well, and access to their private helipad for couples looking to make the most grand entrance possible!

Top Notch Staff and Service

Not only are the spaces and amenities of The Manor House some of the best you’ll come across for a wedding venue in Colorado, but the service is some of THE best I’ve experienced as well! The Manor House very clearly understands just how important every wedding is, and also how impactful their space is to those wedding days. You can trust that every member of their staff is putting their all into making your wedding day dream a reality. This process starts as soon as you book the venue, with their on-site event manager discussing your vision and goals for your day. That same manager is then there the day of in order to make sure that everything runs according to the plan you’ve created. It’s a system that works incredibly well in making sure each couple receives the best experience possible at The Manor House!

Incredible Catering

Next up is the in house catering of The Manor House, which is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is one of extreme quality, and incredibly experienced to boot. They’re prepared for and experienced with adjusting their menu options in order to fall in line with any preferences and dietary restrictions you can imagine! Their pricing changes from year to year depending on the market value, but you can rest assured that the cost is fair and valid for the delicious quality of the food you’ll get to enjoy! Check out their full catering menu options here to start daydreaming about the awesome food that will be fueling your evening of celebration. As a final note they also handle any and all beverage requests in house, which keeps things extra simple when it comes to booking your vendors for your wedding day!

An Astounding Setting

The Manor House is only about 30 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado, making it an easily accessible wedding venue for anyone traveling from out of state! “Doesn’t the close proximity to Denver take away from the mountain views though?” Not at all!! In fact the canyon that The Manor House is found in gives the venue an almost completely secluded feel to it. There are of course still views of Denver to enjoy, but you’ll mostly be taking in the views of the foothills surrounding the venue.

The beauty doesn’t stop there though, as the historic venue also offers a ton of options for indoor photo opportunities. From the beautiful indoor reception space we talked about, to the iconic indoor library, there are stunning options for larger group photos, family photos, wedding party photos, and newlywed portraits inside. This combined with the wide array of backdrops to choose from outside means that any wedding album from The Manor House has a feeling of variety to it that’s hard to beat at a single wedding venue in Colorado!!

I absolutely love The Manor House and everything they’re doing as a wedding venue in Colorado! They put so much care and effort into serving their couples and providing a one of a kind experience for their wedding day, and in my eyes they’re pulling it off incredibly well! I didn’t get to talk too much about the rich history of the house, so if you want to know more about it I strongly encourage you check out this link!
