The 10 Best Wedding Venues in and Around Denver, CO
Looking for a wedding venue in Denver? I don't blame you. Denver is rich with culture, art and so many cool and unique spaces making for perfect wedding venues. One of the biggest decisions you’ll have to make when planning your wedding is choosing a wedding venue to host your incredible day. While this is one of the most exciting decisions of the day, it’s also one of the hardest as there are SO many incredible wedding venues out there, especially in Denver. That’s why today we’re going to go over 10 of my favorite wedding venues in the Denver area and why they might be the perfect venue for you!!
What to Look for in a Wedding Venue
When it comes to finding the right venue for your wedding day in Denver, it's important to know what you're looking for. There are so many great venues out there so having a vision in mind will help you to make the perfect decision for your wedding day. Here are some things you will want to think about when choosing your wedding venue.
Guest Count
Sit down with your partner and put together a list of who you hope to have with you on your wedding day. Once you've got your list, you will be able to determine whether your wedding day will be a larger wedding or one on the more intimate side. Most wedding venues have a cap on guest count typically around 100, 150, or 200. There are always so many great venues out there though so regardless of what your count ends up being, you will be able to find the perfect one!
Wedding Day Feel
When choosing a wedding venue for your day, you'll want to think through how you want your wedding day to feel. If you're wanting to play into a more garden party feel, it's not going to be an easy feat achieving that at a museum venue in downtown Denver, but the Highlands Ranch Mansion would be a perfect fit! Or if you're envisioning your wedding photos to be clean and airy, you'll want to be sure you book a venue that doesn't have a lot hanging on the walls or dark colors all throughout.
Guest Experience
Last but not least, you will want to think through your guests' experience. If you're hoping to have your guests stay late for the party, you'll want to look for a venue with overnight accommodations nearby! If you're going for more of a backyard bash where everyone's up and playing games, you'll want to find a venue with the right amount of outdoor space. Think through everything you hope to experience on your wedding day and make sure you find a venue that can host each part of your experience!
Finding the Right Venue for You
